Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients (schools and administrators) through phone calls, emails, and social media
Identify and qualify leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and targeted outreach from various touch points
Conduct virtual product demonstrations to educate schools on how our program and content can support their educational goals
Understand the specific needs of each school and recommend solutions to address those needs effectively
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication
Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects, ensuring a systematic approach to sales and account management
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over phone and email
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and an understanding of sales principles
Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
