Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with our creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and research potential clients and industries to target.
Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
2. Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
3. Proposal Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
Present solutions to clients with confidence and clarity.
4. Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Provide insights and feedback to refine service offerings and strategies.
5. Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue targets by converting leads into successful partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell services.
6. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing in a digital or creative agency.
Strong network within relevant industries and a track record of acquiring high-value clients.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software.
A passion for creativity and innovation in branding and digital marketing.
