Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics GP

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and exposure to other Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills in MS SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft technologies for UI and integration development.Key Responsibilities:· Lead implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules as needed.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.- Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.- Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.- Work with tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.- Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Qualifications:· 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).- Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).- Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.- Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.- Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and lead small teams.Preferred Qualifications:· Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.- Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
