As the Brand Manager at Quidich, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our work to a global audience of millions. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our brand presence is consistently recognized and associated with our exceptional services in the sports ecosystem. As a B2B company, your key responsibilities will involve targeting influential decision-makers with our latest content to drive conversions, fostering employer branding to attract top talent, and fostering engagement across various social media platforms. We are looking for a dynamic marketing expert with a strong track record of designing and executing successful strategies and campaigns that enhance brand positioning and identity. You will also be entrusted with leading and motivating a talented team. Your ability to excel in both day-to-day marketing operations and long-term strategic planning, even under tight deadlines and evolving requirements, will be critical to your success in this role. Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Leadership
Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Leading the development of impactful promotional messages and campaigns from concept through to execution.
Overseeing the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI, aligning spending with growth and performance goals.
Continuously evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies based on data insights and business needs.
Content & Social Media Management
Planning, creating, and managing engaging content across organic and paid marketing channels, ensuring content is optimized for various platforms (social media, website, email, etc.).
Leading the social media team in maintaining a consistent and active presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Managing social media campaigns, email marketing, and marketing events to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
Brand Management & Visual Identity
Ensuring consistency in the brand’s voice, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing channels.
Managing the creation of branded merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, giveaways, calendars) and maintaining the brand's overall look and feel.
Collaborating with external agencies to enhance brand presence and recognition.
SEO & Content Creation
Producing SEO-optimized blogs, website content, and other materials to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
Continuously updating the website with fresh, relevant content aligned with marketing goals and SEO best practices.
Performance Analysis & Data-Driven Decisions
Maintaining and reporting on a comprehensive Marketing Performance Dashboard, utilizing insights from social media, website traffic, and marketing campaigns.
Using data-driven analysis, including conversion rates, traffic, and user feedback, to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
Building and nurturing relationships with key industry partners, agencies, and vendors to strengthen brand presence and marketing capabilities.
Identifying opportunities for strategic collaborations that drive growth and enhance Quidich's market positioning.
Team Leadership & Management
Leading, mentoring, and managing the marketing team, setting clear goals, performance targets, and development opportunities.
Ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality work within budget and timelines.
Growth Hacking & Conversion Optimization
Collaborating with the Business Team to act as a growth hacker by identifying, developing, and optimizing growth channels that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
Performing in-depth analysis of marketing data to continuously improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Event Planning & Execution
Planning and executing marketing events, hackathons, and industry-specific events that align with Quidich’s marketing objectives.
Ensuring the successful promotion and management of events to achieve maximum exposure and engagement.
Awards & Recognition Management
Researching, identifying, and applying for relevant industry awards to enhance Quidich's reputation and brand recognition.
Strategically selecting awards that align with business goals, ensuring a strong presence in key communities important to the brand’s growth.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Exceptional knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management.
Proven work experience of 4 to 5 years.
Experience in team management.
A good sense of visual aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Be passionate about sports.
