We offer a comprehensive range of training solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of professionals and businesses in today's rapidly changing technology landscape.About the Role:As an Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate HR Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.Note: Apply only if you are from Hyderabad and are willing to work from Hyderabad office.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for Non-IT positionsUtilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidatesScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team membersFacilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experienceConduct reference checks and background screenings as neededNegotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking systemMonitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and resultsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for Non-IT positionsSolid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisitionFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsWhy Join NetCom Learning:Opportunity to work with industry-leading experts and cutting-edge technologies.Collaborative and inclusive work culture.Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.If you are passionate about designing innovative learning experiences and making a positive impact in the lives of learners, we want to hear from you Apply now to join our team at NetCom Learning.
