Role: Account Manager Experience Level: 7+ years Work location: Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune Job Overview : The Client Solutions Partner will be responsible to bring and engage with new/existing logos in driving digital transformation across clients and Industries. Your responsibilities will include: • Sales and business development - the incumbent will co-own the sales targets for this stream along with the Sales Lead. In addition, he/she will be responsible for researching prospects, generating leads and building the account penetration strategy for existing accounts in this industry. • Marketing support - building case studies and thought leadership to be published externally, designing/executing/monitoring campaigns. • Product management - building research that feeds into segment strategy, studying market trends for future roadmap. • Customer onboarding and management - Represent client meetings as an SME, coordinate with product teams for running pilots and monitoring milestones for successful onboarding. • Coordinate and align internal stakeholders for the above activities. Skills Required: • Prior experience should be in sales or GTM in an IT services organization, should be directly responsible for revenue targets and client management. • Experience in servicing BFSI industry players is preferred. • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills. • Strong stakeholder (both internal and external) management experience and good executive presence. • Consultative/Solutions Sales.
