Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of the sales team. Brand Building & Marketing Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement impactful marketing campaigns. Enhance project brand positioning to attract premium buyers. Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives to improve conversions and lead quality. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales customer engagement through CRM best practices. Improve customer retention through loyalty-driven engagements and experience management. Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to refine sales positioning. Project & Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with legal, finance, CRM, marketing, and execution teams for seamless delivery. Ensure regulatory compliance including RERA, documentation accuracy, and audit requirements.
