Role Description Roles & Responsibilities: - Recruit US Citizen/Green Card consultants and get them on our W2 - Strong experience in H1 B Transfer/Project Transfer resources - Contact recent master's students in the US and encourage them to join our consultancy - Screen resumes, maintain a candidate database, and follow up daily - Negotiate compensation/packages and assess qualifications for consultants - Extensive knowledge of Visa Filling and Contract Terms - Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills - Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: - Minimum of three years' experience in recruitment - Bachelor's degree preferred - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities - Availability to work during U. S. business hours - Independent, proactive, attentive to detail, and able to efficiently respond to tasks Location: Ahmedabad, India Position: On-site, Full-time Working Hours: 7:00pm IST onwards Notice Period: Immediate With-in 15 Days Note: Don't apply if you are fresher or student and don't have minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
