Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles, a talent for identifying high-caliber professionals, and a passion for building relationships. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and engaging sales professionals who align with our clients' needs and values.
Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified sales candidates through various channels (Linked In, job boards, networking events, etc.).
Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and design targeted recruitment strategies.
Create and manage compelling job postings to attract top talent.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication, feedback, and guidance.
Leverage social media platforms to build a community of engaged sales professionals.
Track and manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Stay updated on the latest hiring trends in the sales and marketing sectors.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on sales and marketing roles.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Knowledge of hiring trends and best practices in the sales industry.
