Reporting To: Head of Operations / Managing Director

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.

Implement recognition programs and performance incentives.

# Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

# HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Learning & Development:

Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.

Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives.

# Strategic HR Leadership:

Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning.

Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.

Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.

Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.

Leadership & team management.

Strong organizational and planning skills.
