Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator / Coordinator to support our programs and operations across West Bengal. This role involves coordinating between multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with Jarvis’s vision and culture.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple workstreams while collaborating with internal teams and on-ground stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional projects across multiple categories and zones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between internal teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, break them into manageable tasks, and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics for ongoing projects, analyze trends, and recommend data-backed action plans.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with the team to create effective go-to-market plans for new initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • B.Tech graduates (preferably from Tier-2/ Tier-3 colleges).
  • Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi language is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across West Bengal as required.
