Senior Product Manager Function : Product Management Reporting to : Head - Product Zluri is a next-gen Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform that enables IT and security teams to discover identities and applications, streamline access management, and automate access reviews—all from a single, intuitive interface. With Zluri, organisations automate compliance readiness and ensure that the right people have the right access to the right applications at the right time, with minimal time and manual effort. As a Senior Product Manager, you will proactively drive the development and success of product development and launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with UX Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing to bring your ideas to customers. Product Planning and Execution Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs Coordinate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features User Research and Analysis Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather product feedback Analyze user behaviour data to identify improvement opportunities Market and Competitive Analysis Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development cycle Product Performance Tracking Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products Agile Process Management Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Help remove obstacles for the development team Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product management with experience building B2B SaaS product features for the IT, InfoSec, and GRC teams, including platform administration, user management, intelligent automation, business intelligence dashboards, enterprise APIs capabilities like role-based access control, audit & reporting, etc Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities Experience in both B2B product environments Strong experience with dual-track agile and fluid between discovery and delivery Core understanding of UX design principles with a focus on creating user delight Familiarity with data analysis and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel) Experience with product management tools (e.g., Experience in a growth-stage product, 1x to 10x. Familiarity with Agile software and product development methodologies Efficient with the RICE prioritization framework and a mix of other existing frameworks to make data-driven decisions.
