Product Manager - Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of proven expertise to drive innovation in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management (RCM). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the discovery, design, and delivery of products that improve medical coding, claims processing, and overall healthcare efficiency. Define and own product features and requirements across the healthcare/RCM product suite.
● Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
● Act as product owner in Agile teams: manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, and ensure timely execution.
● Partner with sales, operations, and customer success to support go-to-market initiatives and adoption.
● Track and analyze product KPIs (adoption, retention, claim denial rates, cost savings) and continuously optimize for impact.
● Stay up to date with industry trends in health-tech, RCM, AI/LLMs, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
● 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, SaaS, or fintech.
● Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical coding, claims workflows, or healthcare operations is highly desirable.
● Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (SQL, Python, BI tools).
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). ● Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in healthcare or technology. ● Collaborative and fast-paced startup culture with strong growth opportunities.
