Define front office and overall finance transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients, including business case development. Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)) and design future-state operating models leveraging digital solutions. Technology Implementation: Lead the selection, design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. Project Management: Oversee and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. Innovation and Solution Development: Develop use cases and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new and emerging technologies like AI, automation, and blockchain, contributing to thought leadership and internal practice development. Risk and Compliance: Ensure that new processes and systems adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls (e.g., Hands-on implementation experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365), EPM tools ( Hyperion, OneStream, Blackline ), and proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies. Functional Finance Knowledge: Deep understanding of core finance functions, operations, and accounting principles. Experience: Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience in finance system transformation or process consulting, with a track record of leading full lifecycle implementations. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) or professional qualification (e.g., CA) is often preferred.
