We are committed to finding new ways to develop value-based and innovative financial solutions for our customers. - Job Title: Digital Transformation (DxT) - Lead - Financial Services - Mumbai - Purpose of Job: - Assist with Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Help formulate Digital vision and implementation roadmap by defining future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Maximize digital transformation via integration of digital technology into all areas of a business via technology adoption, structure data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Enhance existing business process, define new process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital platform company wide. Assist with predictive models, data lakes and enterprise data warehouses to build analytical platforms for enriched decision making - Job Responsibility - Liaison with business stakeholders and product partners for enterprise product implementations - Develop product journeys, plan project schedules for staged deliveries - Conduct POCs on new and cutting-edge products/technologies to identify best-fit stack for fueling business growth - Lead a team of engineers, testers, business analysts etc. for successful project completion - Explore avenues for automation of repetitive and mundane tasks by usage of RPA tools and frameworks, AI/ML technology driven solutions - Explore Fintech partnerships for alignment with business and build integration stories for core/non-core systems - Willingness to work from any company office and travel to the field as necessary - Key Skills: - Key Skills: - Experience with BI reporting, analytical tools, data modelling and data visualization tools - Preferred - Experience with one programming language, RPA, AI/ML technologies/frameworks - Preferred - Experience with AWS Cloud, API Management, India Stack, OCEN, Account Aggregator Framework, Digital Marketing - Preferred - Experience managing projects using Agile/Iterative delivery models - preferred - Experience working on Digital Transformation projects - preferred - Knowledge/Experience of tools for digital transformation - preferredMandatory: - Strong knowledge of SDLC, BRD, FSD, Wireframe creation - Product (Backlog) Management & Delivery Management - Experience with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, tracking & collaboration tools - Knowledge of Loan Origination, Loan Management, GL tools like Omnifin & Uno - Highly Preferred - Experience working as a business analyst for BFSI - Mandatory - Experience working with enterprise product implementations - MandatoryIndustry: - Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies - Experience working on Lending solutions and/or lending business - Mandatory - Experience working on Banking & Payment solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, Peripheral solutions - Preferred Gender: Open - **Experience**: - Minimum 8 years’ total experience - Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai - Working Days: 5 days - Qualification: - Post Graduate or Graduate (Eng.) in IT, CS from a recognized university - Post-graduation in Management from a recognized university - Preferred - Certifications / Certificate Courses on Project Management, Agile/Scrum - Preferred Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days- About Morpheus Consulting: - Recruitment is a people-focused business - our success and growth are reliant upon our people.
