Job Description: Freelance Performance / Digital Marketing Specialist
Experience: At least 5 years of experience handling performance marketing (at least 2 fashion brands)
We are seeking a Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist or Agency with proven expertise in driving growth for fashion brands preferably luxury fashion brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium fashion brand and contribute to its success.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve brand growth goals, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and other key performance metrics.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-performing ads tailored to the fashion audience.
Monitor analytics and prepare detailed reports to showcase campaign performance and growth impact.
Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies based on campaign data.
Requirements
• Proven experience in performance marketing for at least 3 well-known fashion brands within India.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable growth (ROAS, revenue, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of fashion industry trends and customer behavior.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of Indian consumer preferences in the fashion segment.
Application Requirements
• A detailed portfolio showcasing previous work with results achieved (preferably with fashion brands).
• Case studies or specific numbers to highlight success stories (e.g., growth in revenue, improved ROAS).
• References from previous clients (if available).
