Experience: Senior Fashion Designer with a proven track record of at least 5 years at an established luxury western wear brand.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Direction & Design Leadership:

  • Lead the creative vision and design process for the entire collection.
  • Develop innovative, high-end designs that align with the brand’s luxury ethos.
  • providing clear briefs and guidance to junior designers.


Tech Pack Creation:

  • Create detailed tech packs to ensure seamless production and collaboration with manufacturers.
  • Ensure the tech packs are comprehensive, ensuring quality, fit, and consistency from design to final product.


Trend Research & Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh, unique ideas to the brand’s seasonal collections.
  • Constantly explore new materials, techniques, and inspirations to elevate the brand’s design language.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the production and merchandising teams to ensure the accurate execution of designs.


Department Management:

  • Oversee and manage the entire design department, ensuring smooth workflow and design consistency.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience at a leading luxury western wear brand is essential.
  • Strong design sense with a flair for luxury fashion.
  • Expertise in developing tech packs for efficient production.
  • Excellent leadership and creative direction skills.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately create fashion illustrations on demand (by hand), showcasing design concepts and ideas in real time.
