Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Associate at PSI will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategies and managing outbound marketing efforts. This position involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage digital content across various platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using A/B testing and other performance optimization techniques.

Outbound Marketing:

• Manage outbound marketing efforts, including email marketing, cold outreach, and other lead generation activities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and stakeholders for targeted outbound marketing.

SEO & SEM:

• Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Content Creation & Management:

• Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing regular performance reports to the marketing team and stakeholders.
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. Experience in outbound marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
