About role - We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in ReactJS and NodeJS to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality, scalable web applications, a passion for technology, and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and NodeJS/Express.js for the backend.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services seamlessly into our applications.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and assist with onboarding new team members.
• Design, develop, and maintain database schemas using relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Ensure application performance and scalability using best practices and performance tuning techniques.
• Conduct test-driven development (TDD) to ensure reliable and bug-free code.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in developing full-stack applications, with a focus on ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Advanced knowledge of ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux, and state management libraries; solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), HTML5, CSS3 (including pre-processors like SASS/LESS).
• Expertise in NodeJS with experience in building RESTful APIs and working with frameworks like Express.js; familiarity with GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions) and familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, or Puppeteer for unit and end-to-end testing.
