In this role, you’ll leverage Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry platform to create scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that reason, act, and deliver real business value.What You’ll Do- Design and implement intelligent agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and other Azure AI tools.- Build multi-step prompt workflows that guide agents to reason, act, and respond effectively.- Integrate agents with internal/external data sources, including APIs, Azure Functions, and proprietary knowledge bases.- Collaborate with architects, designers, and data scientists to prototype and refine AI experiences.- Write production-quality code in Python or C# using Azure AI SDKs to extend agent capabilities.- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance using built-in tracing and analytics tools.What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.- 3+ Years of overall experience with at least 2 years in cloud-native development- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, SDKs, and cloud-native development.- Strong grasp of prompt engineering, generative AI, and intelligent agent design.- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, RBAC, and secure data handling in Azure environments.- Agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for innovation + continuous improvement.
