Leveraging Microsoft's cloud-native tools, you will create intelligent agents that reason, act, and deliver real business value.Key Responsibilities:Develop multi-step prompt workflows to guide agents in reasoning, acting, and responding effectively.Integrate agents with internal/external data sources, including APIs, Azure Functions, and proprietary knowledge bases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and refine AI experiences.Write production-quality code in Python or C# using Azure AI SDKs to extend agent capabilities.Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance using built-in tracing and analytics tools.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.At least 3 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in cloud-native development.Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, SDKs, and cloud-native development.Strong understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI, and intelligent agent design.Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, RBAC, and secure data handling in Azure environments.Agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
