Job Title:AI Software Developer - Servicenow SpecialistDescription:We are seeking a highly skilled AI software developer with expertise in ServiceNow development and experience in AI/ML technologies.This role involves designing, implementing, and integrating AI features in ServiceNow, as well as configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules with AI-driven enhancements.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, combined with experience or understanding of AI/ML technologies such as predictive intelligence, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).Key Responsibilities:AI Feature Development: Design and implement AI features in ServiceNow, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and NLU.Module Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM with AI-driven enhancements.External Integration: Integrate external AI platforms or LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) into ServiceNow for advanced use cases.Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI automation and efficiency improvements.Now Assist Configuration: Set up and fine-tune Now Assist and related LLM-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Virtual Agent Development: Develop and maintain Virtual Agent topics and decision trees using Flow Designer and topic blocks.Predictive Model Implementation: Implement and train predictive models using ServiceNow's Predictive Intelligence.Custom ML Solutions: Create, manage, and test custom ML solutions within ServiceNow Studio or via APIs.Documentation and Governance: Ensure high-quality documentation, test coverage, and governance of AI models and features.Stay Updated: Stay updated with latest ServiceNow and AI trends, releases, and best practices.The successful candidate should have around 4-10 years of experience and a strong background in ServiceNow development, along with experience or understanding of AI/ML technologies such as predictive intelligence, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
