Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution as we launch our product portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of an emerging beauty brand from inception, working with cutting-edge products in the rapidly growing hair and skin care market.
Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Marketing
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer / CEO
Hybrid (Flexible remote and office combination)
Compensation: Highly competitive package commensurate with experience
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Brand Building
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Hair Serum, Cream, and upcoming product launches
Build and manage Ravalli + Co's digital brand presence across all online channels
Establish brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target demographics
Performance Marketing & Growth
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Drive customer acquisition through data-driven performance marketing strategies
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automation sequences
Content Strategy & Creation
Oversee content strategy across social media platforms, website, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual and video content
Manage influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs
Create educational content around hair care and skin care benefits
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics
Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve customer acquisition costs
Implement tracking and attribution systems across all digital touchpoints
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
E-commerce & Digital Ecosystem
Optimize website user experience and conversion funnels
Manage relationships with digital agencies, technology vendors, and platform partners
Stay current with beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies
5+ years of digital marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or related consumer goods industries
~ Hands-on experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, conversion tracking, attribution modeling
Marketing Technology: Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), CRM systems, marketing automation
Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software
Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of beauty industry regulations, claims substantiation, and advertising compliance
Influencer Marketing: Experience with beauty influencer partnerships, micro-influencer campaigns, and content creator collaborations
Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Experience
Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing marketing teams or agencies
Experience with global or multi-regional beauty marketing campaigns
Experience integrating digital marketing with retail and offline channels
Previous experience in startup or high-growth company environments
Performance Marketing: Advanced knowledge of attribution modeling, customer lifetime value optimization, and sophisticated funnel analysis
Video Marketing: Experience with video content strategy, YouTube marketing, and emerging video platforms
Data Science: Familiarity with advanced analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling
