Role Summary

Own end-to-end
lead generation
and
client management
. You'll plan and drive demand, qualify and nurture leads, convert opportunities, and manage relationships with new and existing clients while coordinating delivery with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline

  • Build and execute lead gen plans (inbound/outbound, partnerships, events/meetings) to hit monthly targets.

Client Acquisition

  • Run discovery, scope needs, craft proposals/SOWs, pricing, and presentations; handle negotiations and closure.

Account Management (Existing Clients)

  • Act as primary POC; run review calls, share reports, capture briefs, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Coordination & Delivery Oversight

  • Liaise with Creative/Performance/SEO/Web teams to ensure scope, timelines, and quality are met.
  • Track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS/lead quality); translate insights into next-step actions.

Meetings & Travel

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and reviews
    in and around Chennai
    as needed.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain proposals, MoMs, pipeline dashboards, and monthly business reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years
    in marketing/business development/account management; proven
    lead gen
    track record.
  • 4+ years
    in a
    Chennai-based digital marketing agency
    (client-facing role).
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills; fluency in
    English and Tamil
    .
  • Proficiency with
    CRM (Zoho/HubSpot)
    ,
    Google Workspace/MS Office
    , and comfort reading performance reports .
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to
    travel within Chennai
    for meetings .
