As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a critical role in creating a warm and professional environment. Your primary responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage clinic appointments and schedules efficiently using our software systems.
3. Learn and adapt quickly to Mitsu’s technology tools, including patient management and scheduling software.
4. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our services.
5. Assist patients with check-ins and guide them through required documentation.
6. Coordinate with the clinical team and staff to ensure quality service delivery.
7. Maintain the clinic premises ensuring it is tidy, organized, and inviting.
8. Handle administrative tasks such as billing, record-keeping, and data entry.
9. Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies.
What we are looking for:
1. Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare or wellness settings.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in basic office tools (e.g., MS Office), with a strong willingness to learn and work with Mitsu’s internal software systems.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Empathy and a patient-first attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
