Role Description
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media executive to help grow our online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ideating and creating engaging content, managing day-to-day posting on different social media platforms, and innovating ways to increase engagement/followers of all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate, develop, and execute social media content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Identify best practices and optimize strategies for each channel.
Track performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content creation.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a D2C brand or organization.
Strong communication and creative writing skills.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
Pop culture knowledge is a must-have.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and events.
Passion for holistic wellness and Yoga is a plus.
