Role Description

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media executive to help grow our online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ideating and creating engaging content, managing day-to-day posting on different social media platforms, and innovating ways to increase engagement/followers of all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, develop, and execute social media content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify best practices and optimize strategies for each channel.
  • Track performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content creation.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a D2C brand or organization.
  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Pop culture knowledge is a must-have.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and events.
  • Passion for holistic wellness and Yoga is a plus.
