Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Non-IT (Lateral Hiring) to lead end-to-end hiring for business, operations, and functional roles across Cult.fit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-tech lateral hiring , exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure we attract and onboard the best talent aligned with our company’s culture and goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT lateral roles across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.). Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business requirements and define role expectations. Drive sourcing through multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit. Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness). Collaborate with external agencies for niche or high-volume lateral hiring. Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Contribute to employer branding and process improvement initiatives within the TA function. Key Skills & Competencies: 4–5 years of experience in non-IT lateral hiring (preferably in FMCG, retail, fitness, or consumer-facing industries). Proven ability to manage hiring for mid-level business and operations roles . Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.). Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented. Proactive, energetic, and aligned with Cult.fit’s fast-paced, people-first culture . Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
