From group workouts, gyms, and sports to holistic wellness and fitness products — we aim to empower individuals to lead healthier, more active lives through innovation and technology.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Non-IT (Lateral Hiring) to lead end-to-end hiring for business, operations, and functional roles across Cult.fit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-tech lateral hiring, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure we attract and onboard the best talent aligned with our company’s culture and goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT lateral roles across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.).Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business requirements and define role expectations.Drive sourcing through multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit.Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness).Collaborate with external agencies for niche or high-volume lateral hiring.Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Contribute to employer branding and process improvement initiatives within the TA function.Key Skills & Competencies:4–5 years of experience in non-IT lateral hiring (preferably in FMCG, retail, fitness, or consumer-facing industries).Proven ability to manage hiring for mid-level business and operations roles.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.Proactive, energetic, and aligned with Cult.fit’s fast-paced, people-first culture.Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
