The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to meet organizational talent needs. The role plays a critical strategic and operational role in attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality technology talent. This role is pivotal to shaping talent strategies that align with the organization's growth, culture, and innovation goals. The Senior Talent Manager partners closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to build high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience across the talent lifecycle.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategiesStrong abilities in Interviewing, Hiring, and candidate assessment techniquesExperience in creating and managing Employer Branding initiativesExceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to analyze recruitment metrics and refine processes for improvementKnowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planningExperience in the technology or consulting sectors is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
