Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals. This role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities in current processes or systems.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Develop business models, process flows, and use case diagrams to illustrate requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend technology or system solutions to address business needs.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on new processes and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process modelling, or root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
