We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, identify, and hire top-tier talent in the tech industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding exceptional candidates who align with our company values and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Outreach:
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, tech forums, and social media, to identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with department heads to understand technical role requirements and expectations.
Provide hiring managers with timely updates and expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Process Management:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Market Research & Employer Branding:
Stay updated on tech industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and tech community engagement.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Prepare reports to showcase hiring progress and challenges to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT tools.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
