Head of corporate sales

Additionally, the National Head will focus on expanding client relationships, driving new business opportunities, collaborating with marketing to create effective sales campaigns, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations, ensuring operational efficiency and strong client relationships.
Please note: Prior experience of selling solutions to BIG CORPORATES is a MUST-HAVE. To be considered for this role you must have handled Contract management and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with business objectives; analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the national sales team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Manage lead generation, pipeline, contract negotiations, and sales tools for efficiency.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and refine strategies using data insights.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, use data to track performance and recommend strategies.
- Work with operations, finance, and other teams, and represent the company at industry events.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 10+ years experience in B2 B sales
- Prior experience of handling corporate travel sales for MNC clients.
- Experience of Procurement, contract management, RFPs and RFQs
- Must have handled P&l and large teams
