Role Overview

The Associate – Sales will be responsible for overseeing contract renewals, identifying client growth opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring solid sales experience, cyber security domain knowledge, and outstanding communication skills to deliver business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract renewals for existing clients in line with company targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer success, finance) to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Actively listen to client needs, provide consultative solutions, and position our portfolio strategically.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings as well as industry trends.
  • Support US and Europe sales leadership with reporting and
