Med Connect is a leading education consultancy helping students pursue their dreams of studying medicine abroad. We’re expanding into India and are looking for a dynamic Education Consultant to drive our sales and marketing efforts and connect with prospective clients.
Role Overview
As an Education Consultant, you will lead the sales and marketing initiatives to attract and engage prospective students. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, promote our services, and achieve enrollment targets. You will represent Med Connect at various events, conduct research to identify new opportunities, and provide excellent support to students and their families throughout the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities
Speak to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to explain Med Connect’s services and benefits.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring client satisfaction.
Schedule and host meetings with prospective students and families in the office.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Activities
Research and develop marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market.
Design and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Organize and represent Med Connect at education fairs, school and college visits, and community events.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to create a strong referral network.
Client Engagement
Provide detailed guidance to prospective students about studying abroad, available courses, and application processes.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain long-term relationships with students and their families for potential referrals.
Administrative and Reporting
Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective clients using CRM tools.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.
Collaborate with the broader Med Connect team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage and convert leads into sales.
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to organize and manage events effectively.
Willingness to travel within India for events and client meetings.
