About Insights & Advisory (IA)
Our Insights and Advisory team play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.
Key responsibilities will include:
Evalueserve is seeking an accomplished Principal Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharma consulting and/or research roles within the life science industry. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical companies, by supporting them in performing systematic literature reviews, building epidemiology forecast models and conducting outcome research.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional strategic acumen, a deep understanding of conducting literature reviews, and a proven track record of delivering insightful results. This role offers exceptional access to senior leadership and key decision-makers, influencing high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.
Lead a team of epidemiology/ life science experts engaged in projects with different clients
Lead discussions with clients to understand the requirement and tailor the solutions as appropriate
Coming up with ideas on how to resolve the task at hand, pertaining to projects.
Taking project ownership, managing the project plans, and ensuring error free and timely deliverables.
Communicating efficiently with stakeholders (clients and internal team members).
What we expect of you/Skills we’re looking for/Qualifications:
Masters in public health/ epidemiology or any other related fields
10-12 years of experience in pharma research/ consulting or a similar role within a relevant industry.
Managing a team size of 8 or more.
Life science sector experience is mandatory.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Adaptable and open to new ideas and approaches.
