Job Description: We are looking for a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Surat office. As a Software Engineer at GEMGEM, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our platform using the latest technologies. You will work closely with our global team to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our users' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and Nuxt 3.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Laravel and Nuxt 3.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of best practices for security and performance optimization.
