Job Description: We are looking for a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Surat office. As a Software Engineer at GEMGEM, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our platform using the latest technologies. You will work closely with our global team to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our users‘ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and Nuxt 3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Laravel and Nuxt 3.
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of best practices for security and performance optimization.
