We’re seeking a meticulous and motivated QA Analyst to join our team at our Surat office and help us uphold the highest standards of quality.



Job Description:

We are looking for a mid-level QA Analyst with a knack for testing complex systems and identifying issues before they impact the user experience. As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our platform meets technical and business requirements. A strong ability to use technical tools such as browser DevTools to debug and analyze issues will be a plus.



Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand and document business and technical

requirements.  

- Plan, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans tailored to project needs.  

- Conduct manual exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues in the system.  

- Utilize browser DevTools and other debugging tools to analyze and debug application behavior where necessary.  

- Track, document, and manage defects using appropriate tools, ensuring quick resolution in collaboration with the

development team.  

- Provide clear and concise feedback to stakeholders about testing results, issues, and recommendations.  

- Continuously evaluate testing strategies and processes, proposing improvements where necessary.  

- Assist in prioritizing and organizing testing tasks to align with project deadlines and business objectives.  

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to provide QA insights.  



Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in QA role.  

- Strong knowledge of testing processes, test case creation, and exploratory testing methodologies.  

- Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., browser DevTools).  

- Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.  

- Proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking systems.  

- Ability to work on-site in Surat and commit to a full-time office role.  


Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly C2C marketplaces.  

- Understanding of agile workflows and working in a fast-paced startup environment.  

- Knowledge of basic automation principles, even if the primary focus is manual testing.  

- Basic technical debugging skills to help identify root causes alongside developers.  

- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
