Business development executive

Timing: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (US Shift)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven BDE/Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating interest in our recruitment services, and supporting our sales team in converting leads into long-term clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to contribute to the growth of the business and help us reach new clients in need of recruitment outsourcing solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in the B2 B or recruitment industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients and establish rapport.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and understand their business needs.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and services (RPO experience a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace.
