Location : Türkiye, Dubai or Mumbai, India

Job Profile: As a Techno-Commercial Specialist in our chemical manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical processes and commercial strategies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the plant by optimizing processes, managing costs, and identifying new business opportunities in Türkiye.

Sales Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and new product launches.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with company offerings.

4. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

5. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

6. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.

7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and build brand awareness.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

9. Regular visits in the field to build and maintain good rapport with customers, channel partners to get regular business

Technical Responsibilities

1. Understanding customer needs and introducing products existing /New products.

2. Handling all Technical services for our customers including product recommendations, trials at the customer’s factory, handling customer visits to our facilities including lab-scale trials if needed.

3. Interact with customers at appropriate levels regularly.

4. Obtain and report information on technical and commercial trends in the marketplace including competitive activity so that our sales strategy can be developed to take into account up to date situations.

5. Determine the real needs of the customers and coordinate with Sales Team to advise them on the correct products to satisfy their needs

Basic requirement

1) Ready to travel within Türkiye on need basis and if required stay full time in Türkiye in future

2) Language known: English and Turkish

3) Having some past experience in Turkish market 

Overall, a Techno-Commercial acts as a liaison between technical teams, customers, and sales teams to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen.
