Job Summary
ProTal HR is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles and a proven track record in business development within a recruitment consulting firm. This role offers an opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure recruitment mandates.
- Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools.
Develop recruitment strategies to meet client demands effectively and efficiently.
- Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and key performance indicators.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques for both tech and non-tech roles.
Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
