Hiring for a USA based multinational Company (MNC)We are looking for a motivated and dynamic International Sales Specialist to join our growing global sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new international business opportunities, managing client relationships across regions, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in global markets.Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and potential markets across different countries.Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitors, and customer needs.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and product) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.Monitor and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities.Proven experience in international sales, B2B sales, or export marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of global trade, import/export regulations, and documentation.Ability to work across different cultures and time zones.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Experience in technology, manufacturing, or export-based industries.Familiarity with international
