RemoteKey Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).- Configure UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog items.- Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and REST/SOAP web services within the ServiceNow platform.- Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure platform stability and performance.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.- Work with the ServiceNow platform owner to enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support.- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and SOPs.- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.- Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.Required Skills & Experience:- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer working on ITSM modules.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Script Includes.- Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Workflow Editor.- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server integrations, and third-party tool integrations.- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow customization, form design, and UI configuration.- Familiarity with Update Sets, Scoped Applications, and System Properties.- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
