Rooted in Odisha and rapidly expanding, we’re on a mission to create spaces that inspire.we are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager a proactive, energetic individual who can turn potential into performance.If you're passionate about sales, and believe in building long-term customer relationships based on trust, you could be the ideal addition to our team.Responsibilities:● Proactively generate leads, nurture prospects, and close property sales through on-site visits, calls, and digital channels.● Conduct site visits, explain project USPs, pricing, and documentation in a compelling manner.● Develop deep product knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming Trivara projects.● Handle customer queries, follow-up consistently, and convert interest into bookings.● Maintain CRM entries, manage daily sales reporting, and support post-sales processes.● Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.● Take full ownership of your monthly and quarterly targets with accountabilityMust-Have Qualifications:● 2+ years of real estate sales or high-involvement product sales experience.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.● Strong persuasion power and understanding of buyer psychology.● Experience in managing end-to-end property sales.Optional but Impressive:● Prior experience in real estate or construction sales.● Fluency in Odia, English, and Hindi.● Knowledge of Bhubaneswar–Puri–Cuttack micro-markets.● MBA in Marketing/Sales or Real Estate Certification.Compensation:Fixed salary + Performance based incentives.
