Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a sales manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Other responsibilities include preparing sales reports, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Should be able to travel to different districts in Odisha
  • Proven experience in sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication skills particularly in Odia and HIndi
  • Knowledge and experience with agricultural technology or drone technology is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred. But open to newcomers too
  • Having a 2-wheeler is a must
