Their IAM Platform modernizes identity management solutions with Cloud-based services tailored to organizations' needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Engineering Manager role located in Bengaluru at Tuebora Inc. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for team leadership, software development, project management, and integration within the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead Product Development, QA and Documentation teamsDeliver Engineering Product Releases and PatchesProvide work break-down and be responsible for all Engineering Team deliverablesInteract with team members and ensure timely and successful delivery of each sprint iterationProvide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to Engineering TeamBe responsible for tools and processes for all Engineering activitiesWork with Product Management and help shape product roadmapWork with Services Organization and set right expectations with regards to product roadmap, delivery of enhancements and patchesDefine and manage quarterly goals for Engineering TeamManage engineering budget, incentive programs and team building activitiesHire and manage Product Development, QA and Documentation Team membersThe Ideal CandidateShould have 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years being an Engineering ManagerMust have been an enterprise product (b2b) developer grown into a managerMust have worked in small-sized/startup companiesEngineering Management and Team Leadership skillsMust have good grasp of AI technologies, including AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI.Leverage knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI to enhance product capabilities.Identify and implement AI-driven features and improvements in line with customer needs.Should have designed and delivered:Open Source based Enterprise SoftwareSoftware based on Java, Angular JS, ReactJS, Python, NOSQL databases, Elastic, Kubernetes.Solutions in the Cloud (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP))Must have experience with Containerization, Docker, KubernetesDelivered multiple releases of products using Agile DevelopmentPlays the roles of Scrum MasterDelivered Artifacts like Design/Test-Plan/Documentation-Plan documentsLed Product Development Teams involving UI, Middle-Tier and Database developersLed Product Development, QA and Documentation TeamsDelivered performance reviews, improvement plans to team membersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMust possess a bachelor's or master's degree in CS/IT Engineering or related fieldsDesiredTo have delivered Big-Data solutions and Enterprise Security Software is a big plusTo have Authored one or more Patents is a key differentiator
