Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage maintenance engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Review and approve maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring they align with production requirements and operational goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices to drive effective maintenance solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement to manage spare parts inventory and optimize purchasing strategies.
- Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and reliability engineering principles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, engineering software, and CMMS applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of automation and control systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the industrial sector.
