Job Description

As a Project Engineer at Sansera Engineering, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality departments, to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Develop project plans and create schedules, detailing project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements, determine project scope, and clarify deliverables.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them while maintaining project quality.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks that could impact project delivery, assess their impact, and develop appropriate contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to coordinate project procurement needs and ensure timely deliveries of materials and services.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and other required project records.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality department to ensure project compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update project stakeholders on project progress, including any deviations from schedule or scope, and seek their inputs when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced project efficiency. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a relevant engineering role.
- Proficiency: Strong project management skills, including familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of engineering principles and techniques, ability to read technical drawings, and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables
