Role -
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at Backstreet Brewery. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for -
Generating event leads via offsite visits & pitches
Visiting corporate offices, event spaces, and conferences in order to generate opportunities
Coordinating with incoming queries
Managing event execution on an end-to-end basis
Communicating with customers
Coordinating with other teams on a day to day basis
Establishing strong relationships with existing & new accounts
The role is based in Bengaluru with a mix of onsite & offsite work.

Strong ability to communicate with customers & prospects
Strong negotiation & pitching skills
Positive team player, hungry for impact & creative
Experience with sales tools is a plus
Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
